A typical Day

There’s one thing that we know will never happen at our camp, campers will never be sitting around doing nothing! We’re all about providing an opportunity to experience all the things that kids typically want to experience. We cultivate a wide range of these activities into each of our camps.

Every camper will have the chance to go tubing, water-skiing or wake-boarding. They will also get to go on our Adventure Course. Our programming is diverse and we often add sports, adventure & arts activities into the daily schedule.

Every night we offer some community socials like movie nights, campfires, pool parties & games.

It’s non-stop fun, all week long.

Tennis Camp

  • Each morning after breakfast we raise the camp flag followed by 30 minutes of yoga & stretching, which is always done in a fun & engaging way.

Breakfast is an hour long to wake up the body and the mind before an exciting day ahead.

  • The morning starts with our campers & coaches on the courts, the first few hours are a variety of tennis drills, guided point play, and on court teaching.

In the late morning there are off-court camp activities to give campers a chance to experience the different areas of camp!

  • An hour long lunch gives time for the food to digest and the body to recover. It’s a chilled out time for campers to spend time with each other and the camp counselors. Campers and coaches all eat together to create a great social dynamic.

  • After lunch there is a rest hour, campers can choose to relax, hang out with each other, read, play games in the bunk. The more advanced players can schedule private tennis lessons or spend time learning about tennis.

  • Back to the courts! To help keep the program fresh it is designed to be active drills, short matches, and fun games.

After the afternoon tennis session, campers will have other activities planned on camp. There will be general swim in our pool & lake and an afternoon snack, like milk & cookies.

  • Grab some of our Classic Milk & Cookies or opt for a wide range of snacks to keep you going.

  • We head to the pool and beach for an hour. Campers don’t have to swim but instead can hang out in our games areas. There are shaded areas and relaxation zones.

  • It’s time to shower, nap & relax after a busy day. Our bunk line is filled with activity options and our coaches will spend time engaging with the campers.

  • Back to our dining room to enjoy dinner! Again, campers and staff eat together.

  • After dinner our camp counselors host a variety of fun nightly socials that round-off a fun camp day.

There’s more to it.

Camp is a place where learning and social development take place in a nurturing environment under the watchful eyes of caring adults.

It is a place that removes the distraction of technology, cell phones, and the internet for one week. A place that teaches young kids to be comfortable in their own skin by removing the need for makeup and to embrace themselves as they are. Our summer camp is one where children and adults respect each other and the environment in which we live.

It’s off the courts and climbing walls that our campers learn a lot more about themselves. The amazing thing is that they are having so much fun they don’t even know that they are learning.
